What I do

Core
Capabilities

(03)

Strategic
Consulting

▶ Clarity, structure, decisions

Most companies do not have a strategy problem. They have an execution and accountability problem wearing a strategy costume. I find where the business leaks time and money, rebuild the operating model around the few moves that matter, and hold the team to them.

  • Operating diagnosis. Where revenue stalls, who owns what, which bottleneck is structural and which is a person.
  • Priority architecture. A short list of initiatives with owners, sequence and a number attached to each.
  • Systems and cadence. Meeting rhythm, reporting, decision rights, so execution survives without me in the room.
  • Executive thought partnership. Risk assessment and a straight answer, weekly.
What you get
Operating diagnosis Weeks 1 to 4
Priority roadmap with owners Written, not slideware
Reporting and meeting cadence Installed and run
Engagement style Fractional or project

Go-To-
Market

▶ Offer, positioning, launch

I have built and launched offers across consumer wellness, ministry and nonprofit, financial services and founder brands. Define who the buyer really is, price the offer so it can be delivered profitably, then build the launch machine that gets it in front of them.

  • Offer and pricing architecture. Priced backwards from target margin, not from what competitors charge.
  • Positioning and messaging. The category you can actually own, in language a buyer repeats.
  • Launch plan. Channel mix, content system, sequencing, the first ninety days mapped week by week.
  • Sales assets. Proposals, decks, funnels and follow-up built to close, not to inform.
What you get
Offer and pricing model Margin tested
Positioning platform Buyer verified
90 day launch plan Owner per line
Sales and marketing assets Built, not briefed

Business
Development

▶ Deals, partnerships, representation

Relationships are the asset I have been compounding since 2008 across gospel music, Christian media, wellness, nonprofit and real estate. I open the door, structure the deal and manage the relationship after the signature, which is the part most people skip.

  • Partnership sourcing. Target lists built on fit and reachability, not follower count.
  • Deal structuring. Retainers, commissions, equity, revenue share, licensing. Terms that survive year two.
  • Representation and management. Talent, speakers, authors and founder brands, negotiated on their behalf.
  • Account leadership. Renewals, expansion and the uncomfortable conversations.
What you get
Qualified partner pipeline Named and sequenced
Deal terms and negotiation Led end to end
Representation Selective roster
Compensation Retainer or performance
How I engage

Four ways to
put me to work

(01)

Fractional Chief of Staff

I sit next to the founder or CEO, turn priorities into owned workstreams and keep the leadership team accountable to the plan.

(02)

Executive Strategist

Strategy, risk assessment and decision support at the CSO level. Thought partner first, second set of hands when it matters.

(03)

Co-Founder & Ops Partner

For ideas that should be companies. I build alongside you, from launch through operations and revenue, with skin in the game.

(04)

Brand Manager & Rep

Personal brand direction, negotiations and business alignment for founders, executives and talent. Influence tied to revenue.

About

Eighteen years
of building it

Christopher A. Pina

Christopher A. Pina is a strategist and operator who partners with visionaries, executives and organizations to turn ideas into scalable, revenue generating operations.

He launched his first management and production company in 2008, working with respected names in gospel music and Christian media. Since then his work has spanned executive management, strategic operations and legal support, event production, brand development and product launches. He has helped artists, nonprofits and industry leaders monetize their expertise, grow donor revenue and build durable operations.

Today he leads a portfolio of ventures built on the same conviction: advice is cheap, systems compound. He is married to Carley Pina, a South Florida luxury real estate professional and his partner in Founder Authority. They live in Miami Shores.
